Shri Pradeep Agarwal, is a self made man who started his business with Scrap trading in early 80s, and set-up his first Rolling Mill in Muzaffar Nagar, UP, by the name Bhagirithi Ispat. As a self-driven person he came to New Delhi for new opportunities and challenges, thus in 1994, he incepted steel manufacturing unit at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.

In February, 2008 Shri Pradeep Agarwal introduced a new brand in the construction industry called "Prime Gold" which in a very short span of time has become customer's prime choice in a wide range of products i.e. Steel, Cement, S. S. Water Pipes & Fitting and Paint.
